We started July with a BANG (as in 4th of July) by celebrating with friends, family & fire-family. Not only did we celebrate the 4th of July we also celebrated Grandy's birthday & Michelle's birthday. It was such a fun day! These truly are the best days...
On July 7th we were blessed to be able to bring our new baby home. Our new best friend; our new fur-family member... Diesel Anderson. He was tiny, fluffy & slept a lot!
Sweet Diesel stayed at home with us for 1 week and then he went back to MaMa Ashley's for 1 week, while we went to our annual beach trip with the Strottner's. We loaded up the kids & the Expedition and headed off for Crystal Beach. We rented a home right ON the beach and had one of the best weeks ever. I love bringing my family & friends back to Galveston, where I have such great memories from my childhood. We are making some memories that will last a lifetime!
On our way home from the Beach we went straight to pick up our little dude, Diesel. It semed like he had already grown so much in just 7 days!
To round out July we had a few more days in the pool , working with Mom, play dates & loving on Diesel.
The last bit of exciting news for July was that we bought a new Travel Trailer. After our first one was totaled due to the hail damage we got in Kerrville, we decided on a different brand... A Grand Design. We also bought Jett & Delilah plastic bins for all of their clothes. They decorated them & made the special for our trips. We absolutely love it and can't wait to make more memories while camping.
