ALL ABOUT ANDERSON'S: May 2023

JANUARY

Well, before we knew it, 2022 was over. BUT, our Christmas break wasn't! So, to squeeze in all of the fun that we possibly could, Jett & Delilah had a double sleep over! Kolbey & Evelyn joined us for a night of movies, video games, nail polish & make overs (the girls, anyway) & a breakfast of cinnamon rolls.

With Grandy's move back to Boston coming up VERY soon, we wanted to spend the day with her, hanging out in Blanco. We had pizza at our favorite place and then walked around by the River. It was the perfect day for an outing like this one.

After vacay was over, it was time to get back to practice... for volleyball, softball & baseball!

And, of course, back to work for me. Me, Tanya & Megan spent an evening at the San Antonio Housing Report.

Next, it was time to do a little decorating for Valentines Day.

Mid January Chris, AKA Grandy, moved back to Boston. Jett & Delilah wrote her special letters & even a poem. This will be a new way of things, as Grandy has livd near us since before Jett & Delilah were born.

Rich & I spent one evening with some friends, for a much appreciated date night out. We all went to Buck & Does to shoot some guns & then over to a yummy dinner of Mexican food.

Little by little we are trying to teach the twins how to cook. They seem to love pancakes so why not start there?!

The time had come to get Jett & Delilah into contacts versus glasses. They're getting older & with sports, it just made sense.

We finished out the month of January with ANOTHER double sleep over! This time it was another set of twins from our neighborhood, Rhett & Rhys. They started out at IHOP with the Bennett's & then came back to our house for a night of video games & pranks on one another.

And, here are just a few extras from our busy month...

FEBRUARY

Ahhh, the month of love. Love, camping, Chess & sports. Let's start with Chess. With the busy year that the twins had, they only managed to attend 2 Chess tournaments. But, they really enjoy it & their Team did awesome!

For the second year in a row, Rich & I hosted a Valentines Dinner for several couples/friends that we adore. This year, my long time friend from high school, and amazing private chef, Toby DeLaRosa prepared our meal for us. We all did everything to excess... laughed, ate & drank.

Another fun, adult evening was my Awards dinner for Texas Premier Realty. I was recognized for being one of the top selling agents. It was a wonderful dinner & I was very impressed with my handsome date.

Delilah had her very own special date night with Daddy at the annual Daddy-Daughter Dance at the middle school. This year I was even a proud sponsor!

A quick camping trip was just what we wanted! Our trips to Lake Texan have become one of our favorites!

Once back home it was time for the Baseball & Softball seasons to begin. We attended the official BLL Opening Day. It was super COLD but I wouldn't have missed supporting these kiddos! Jett played for the White Sox & Delilah went back to her team from last Spring, The Angels.
