JULY 2022
We were ALL more than ready for our week long beach trip to Galveston, Crystal Beach. But, first things first. We had to give the twins their new swim suits & dye Delilah's hair red.
Crystal Beach, here we come!! We spent one full week at an awesome home right on the beach. Grandy, Clarence, Milo & Brisa joined us for a few of the days. We celebrated Grandy's bday & the 4th of July with fireworks, tattoos, sun, fun drinks & surf. On days that we didn't hit the beach, we toured downtown Galveston, played games, at pizza at Mama Theresa's Flying pizza, rode the ferry & did a little souvenier shopping. We also made our very first visit to Pleasure Pier! We spent the day riding rides and then had a wonderful lunch. Couldn't ask for more!! On our last evening there, we drove over to Texas City for a visit with Mr. Johnny Garton, Mom & Dad's oldest friend. (Sadly, Roberta has passed away. She will be missed very much.)While we were there with family, on the beach, I decided it would be a great idea to take this opportunity to have family photos done. I found a local photographer from Crystal Beach & we all had some fun in the sand while the camera clicked away.
After coming home from Galveston & doing 20 loads of laundry, life went back to normal. Well, Summer-normal. That means lots of pool time & sleep overs with friends! We had so much fun making homemade pizzas; tie-dying shirts; playing in the pool & all of our special family time.Rich & I had a fantastic day on the lake with the McCauley's. Sippin', floatin' & snackin'!
TR&Co Team Meeting:Delilah & I decided to try our hands at making home made, painted earrings. We had so much fun, sitting for hours, painting & coming up with ideas. Having a little girl, especially THIS little girl is like a dream come true.
Rich & I met up with Jen & Matt for a day of wine sippin'. Always fun spending time with these sweet friends.
