The older I get the more special each birthday feels. I spent this 54th birthday celebrating with sweet, dear friends & then family. First, we met up with friends at Whiskey Cake for a delicious dinner and an even yummier dessert. Such fun with so many laughs! Next, we celebrated with Jett & Delilah & family. Everyone made me feel so special and so loved.
Birthday celebrations at home with family is always the best. Delicious food, drinks and card games.
Fall Ball seasons are back in full "swing"! Between practices and games for both kiddos means we spend a lot of time at the ball fields. No place we'd rather be... we really love watching them!
Once again, this year, Jett & Delilah opted to celebrate their special day, their 12th birthday, camping. We spent 4 nights at Jellystone RV Park in Kerrville. Waterslides, pools, fishing, trails, trick or treating, a haunted trail & even having Brisa, Kolby, & Dylan join us made this birthday even that much more fun!! We started off with a nice dinner with Aunt Carol & Uncle David at a quaint diner there, in Kerrville. It's always a great feeling to spend time with them.
On Jett & Delilah's actual birthday, we woke up a little earlier than normal and picked up a couple of friends for donuts & chocolate milk at the neighborhood donut shop. Then, off to school they went.
All of ther rest are just about life in general, and day to day stuff... work for both Rich & I; friends birthday parties; and everything in between.
