BALLGAMES, BLUEBONNETS & A BIRTHDAY

 APRIL 2022

April brought about more ballgames.  Baseball.  Softball.  Every weekend and even sometimes during the week you could find us in the stands cheering on our favorite kiddos.

A yearly tradition in April is taking pictures in the fields of Bluebonnets.  How cute are these two kiddos?

Jett & Delilah recently started playing & participating in Chess Tournaments.  I love this because I have wonderful memories of my Dad teaching me to play many years ago.

Next up in the Arlon Seay 6th grade Field Trip to the zoo.  Rich kindly took one for the team and helped out!  Jett & Delilah got to hang out with their buddies Evelyn & Merrick for the whole day!

Easter Sunday is always so special in our home.  As soon as the Twins wake up, they have to search for their Easter baskets.  Then, after a yummy breakfast, in which mimosas is always a part of, we have friends and family over for lunch, Easter egg hunts, egg dying, & lots of laughs.

What a perferct way to celebrate Rich's birthday... a camping trip to New Braunfels at the RV Resort, FIMFO.  The McCauley's and the Carter's joined us to wish our favorite Daddy a very Happy Birthday.

On the actual day of his birthday, we opted for a quiet dinner at the neighborhood Chili's.

Delilah and Jett got to participate in a showcase at the High School where they got to dress up as Settler's.  They drank cider, did crafts & got to talk to others about living all those years ago.
