SPOOKY & SPORTY OCTOBER 2024

Starting out October with some Halloween decorations:

LOTS of football games for Delilah to perform with the Silver Stars, both at the middle school & SVHS.  And of course, Jett being a supportive brother, is always there to cheer her on.

I snuck away one evening to celebrate a friends bday at the local place, Max's Roadhouse.

We also have a Pep Rally thrown in there!

Delilah had her first performance of the year, with the SBMS Production Theater Team.  And, as usual... she lit up that stage.

One of my favorite things to do is watch my kiddos participating in the extracurricular activity that they love.  Jett is doing amazing things on the tennis court & I never miss a match!

Now, this part is funny... I saw a Halloween video that I really wanted to recreate with our fun neighbors.  We all dressed up as ghosts & took photos down by the creek. The video was AMAZING but I'll just share the pics here:

The SBMS Fall Dance was a hit!  Beforehand, we all met at the Harkins' home for pizza & photos.  It was a whole group of fantastic kiddos & I volunteered to work the snack booth with Johnnie.

For our very first job with the new Photo Booth, Spring Branch Exposures, we set up at a Halloween Party at the Harkins home.  I think it was definitely a hit & we had a blast!!  Some of THE best costumes.  Rich & I were "a cougar & young buck"!

For homecoming Delilah bought Thomas a boutonniere & vice versa.  It was so cute when he came over for them to exchange them so they could wear them the following day.

The day to wear them was also the "Tourist Day" where the students were asked to participate & dress up for Spirit Week.

Megan & I tried our hand at a Podcast/vlog.  One of our first on location episodes was at The Screaming Goat.

HALLOWEEN 2024 

It's getting harder & harder to come up with family themed costumes.  But, we managed to sneak by with at least one more!  We dressed up as "glow people".  We really looked great once it got super dark outside.  (And, please note, the extra little "something" that Rich added to Jett's.  Yes!  We removed it prior to hitting the streets.)
