Starting of the month of March with Jett & the SVHS JV Tennis Team, at a tournament in New Braunfels.

The first weekend of March was the Revolution Dance competition, with ADC, downtown SA, at the Lila Cockrell Theater. Delilah & I stayed downtown at a hotel & Rich & Jett decided to have a little stay-cay at a different hotel (the first one that Delilah & I had booked, prior to a venue change). UNFORTUNATELY, while at that hotel, Rich's truck got broken into!! Thankfully, it was after he & Jett made it downtown to watch D in a couple of her dances & after they did some bumming around downtown.
First up, was her duet, with Lorelei Kolody. (Delilah wasn't originally doing a duet, but Bailey was injured & could no longer dance for the Season, so Delilah stepped in, learned the choreo quickly, & competed it for the first time. So proud of her!
That same morning, from the boys' hotel room:

One of my most favorite dance Momma's, Melanie Salas, wrote a book about changing your outlook & attitude, Called Don't Think of Pink Elephants. Last year Delilah was given a copy along with a stuffed pink elephant. This year, sweet Mel autographed it for her!
The boys out & about downtown, SA.
Boy, were we ready for our Spring Break camping trip. We packed up & headed to Lake Conroe. It was several days of relaxation, laughs & hanging with friends.
The very next week after getting home from Spring Break, Delilah had try-outs for the the Silverado's Dance Team, at SVHS. It was a stressful week but, #46 pulled it off & will be dancing for her high school another year! Way to go, baby girl!!
The shoutout page I made for the Dance Team Recital program:
Every so often, especially if I'm going to have a busy day that I won't be home much, Rich takes Diesel to the station for a shift. He loves being a "workin' doggy".
Spring is a super busy season for tennis. Jett seemed to have one tournament after another, between school & JTT.

My handsome boy finally got his braces taken off! Why does he look so grown up?!
Saturday evening church at Hillside.
A quick stop in the field behind the church, for our 2026 Bluebonnet photos:
One of the Tennis Team families, from SVHS, hosted a team dinner for the players. The kids enjoyed the downtime & the delicious food.
Delilah received "Thespian of the Week" at SVHS:
