I love starting out November by decorating for the Fall:
While we were at the tennis tourney, our poor Delilah was getting all 4 of her wisdom teeth removed. After waking up mid-procedure & having a pretty rough go of it... she made it home! She's one tough girl!
As soon as she was feeling better, she got behind the wheel for her first driving lesson:
Jett was invited to celebrate the birthday of one of his tennis friends, from Jumbo Evans. They all went skating in San Antonio & ate pizza & birthday cake. (Boy, does that roller skating take me right back to the 1980's?!)

The twins probably least favorite day of the year... Family photo day. Our sweet friend & neighbor from our last neighborhood, was kind enough to take the photos for us this year:
A camping trip that we look forward to every year is the one leading up to Thanksgiving. The kids play hooky from school on Friday & we hit the road. Years past we have visited Jellystone in North Texas. But, this year we ventured out & went to Canton. It was so relaxing & very much needed. We fished, took walks, painted some Xmas decorations, played pickleball & caught up on our sleep.
It wouldn't be an Anderson family camping trip without a blow out!
Time to give THANKS as a family for all of our many blessings. We also set up the Photo Booth to snap a few family pics.
The day after Thanksgiving can only mean one thing... the return of Mickey The Elf! Yes, the twins might be 15 but we know that they still love looking for the little guy every morning. And now, they even trade off days & hide him. Here are pics of his first few days with us, in November.
Now, it's time to decorate for my most favorite time of year... Christmas!
