APRIL: One of the funnest traditions at SBMS is the final Pep Ralley of the year, where the dancers get to choose a teacher & dance with them. Delilah had Ms Molina in 6th grade, for Science, & has adored her ever since. Delilah chose her as her dance partner & we made her a cute tee to wear for the event.
Jett, Thomas & Carter escaped to the movies:
Another American Dance Company competition for Delilah. This was the Platinum competition in the Austin area & Rich accompanied her for this one. She came in second for her solo! Way to go, Beauty!!
While Rich & Delilah were at the Dance Competition, I was with Jett at a tennis tournament. I love any time that I get to spend with my amazing boy!
April's Stock The Breakroom:
The SBMS Silver Stars Spring Show is an event where the dancers get to show off all of their hardwork in all of the dances that they performed all year.

While Delilah is living the party life with girlfriends, Rich & I head to the courts to watch Jett do his thing!
Mid month, Delilah & I attended the Senior Dance Showcase at SVHS. It's so beautiful, watching these talented, young women do their very last performance as high school students.
EASTER WEEKEND: Brisa came over to celebrate & the girls made the most of every minute. They had a pamper-evening; I made a couple of games, for searching for eggs; they swam; watched movies & just enjoyed our time together.
We normally take Bluebonnet photos of the kids every year. This year... well, time got away from us. Plus, the drought has made the flowers very sparse. So, we saw some wildflowers in our neighborhood & made that work!
For their first time performing as a SVHS Silverado, the girls danced at the Spring Show, titled Like A Dream. The Middle School dance team ALSO performed. These girls did great!
When Delilah arrived home after the Spring Show she had the cutest surprise waiting for her. American Dance Company, the studio where she dances, had left a bag with a note & her picture. She is excited for the 2025-2026 Dance Season with ADC.
For Rich's 50th birthday, he requested a quiet, family evening. We went to church, had dinner at a local Mexican food restaurant & then came home for gifts. The next morning we sang Happy Birthday with donuts.
Another busy Sunday... Tennis tournament for Jett & ADC "Signing Day" for Delilah.
Delilah at SVHS JV Production Theater try outs, then onto dance, where she got to hang her photo on the wall of fame!
We closed out the month of April with another fun & final banquet with the SBMS Silver Stars.
